A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to hold your reservation.
Weekly rentals from Friday to Friday.
For reservations within 14 days of arrival, advance payment of full rental fee is required.

A $100.00 administration fee is assessed for all cancellations, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Additionally, a cancellation within 14 days of arrival date forfeits entire Deposit.
A no-show forfeits entire rental fee.
No smoking indoors.
No pets.
An email confirming your reservation, the Deposit amount, and total rental fee will be emailed to you upon receipt of Deposit.
